Account & Authentication

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Purchase not working? Ensure you're signed in to your Apple ID
- Gems not received? Purchases may take a few minutes to process. If still missing after 10 minutes, contact support
- Want to cancel subscription? Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Need a refund? Contact Apple Support or email us at support@finzoai.com with your transaction ID
AI Features
- Image generation failed? Check your prompt doesn't violate content policies
- Video taking too long? Video generation can take 1-5 minutes. Check the queue status
- Music not generating? Ensure your prompt is descriptive (e.g., "upbeat electronic dance music")
- AI assistant not responding? Check your internet connection and gem balance
Showcase (Social Feed)
- Can't upload to Showcase? Ensure content doesn't violate our community guidelines
- Want to delete a post? Long-press on your post and select "Delete"
- Report inappropriate content? Email us at support@finzoai.com with the post details
